Gently preserving the traditions of past generations, we joyfully introduce you to the taste of authentic Dagestan. "Dagestanskaya Lavka" offers traditional Dagestani cuisine in a convenient street food format made from natural halal ingredients. Only custodians of culture are at work in the kitchen.
The highlight of the shop—thin flatbreads, cooked on a dry pan, with various fillings. They are especially delicious with beef broth or dogwood lemonade. Another traditional dish is khinkal—pieces of dough boiled in meat broth, served with boiled meat, broth, and a sauce of your choice. Dagestani pies—mini-pies that are easy to eat on-site, and large ones that you can take home or order for delivery. All desserts are homemade and always fresh—sweet pies, baklava, chak-chak, and nut-filled rolls.
For breakfast, they recommend trying dried apricot porridge with urbech, cottage cheese pancakes, or Dagestani-style scrambled eggs with tomatoes and herbs. At lunchtime, enjoy one of the "Highlander's Lunches" with the soup of the day—choose a combo with flatbreads or khinkal.
